About Our Alchemy Bowls
Rooted is held by a collection of 25 alchemy crystal bowls, crafted from 99.99% pure quartz and infused with gemstones and minerals that shape their emotional texture.
We also use Grotta Sonora gongs in our rituals.
When played together, they create gentle acoustic beat patterns—natural pulses formed by slight differences in frequency—that help the mind settle toward the relaxed alpha, meditative theta, and deeply restful delta states.
